Should You Stage Your Home?

To stage or not to stage… that is the question! If you're selling your home, you might be wondering whether it's better to show the home empty or go with staging.

My name is Capprice Kitchen, Amelia Island Real Estate Associate.  Today I’m sharing why staging your home could make all the difference!

Staging your home helps potential buyers imagine themselves living there and falling in love with it! Staging is more than just tidying up and hiding the kid’s toys. It’s creating an environment that appeals to a wide variety of potential buyers!

Get this: according to a recent study, 83% percent of real estate agents said staging made it easier for their buyers to visualize the property as a future home!  It’s estimated that sellers make 7-10% more when the home is staged!

Staging isn’t required by any means. Your home might already be beautifully furnished! But for sellers that have a unique style, it might be beneficial to consider a stager that can help your home appeal to the masses.

So, how do you find a stager you can trust and will ACTUALLY help get your home sold? I’m lucky to have worked with some incredible stagers that I can refer! They’ll be able to work with you to get your home sold quickly and for top dollar!

There you have it! If you’d like to connect and see if staging is the right move for you, just let me know. I would personally love to refer you to some of my favorite stagers.
